So What is this Thing called Tapping?

Tapping is a powerful cutting edge technique that clears many issues that prevent us from living life to our fullest.
Tapping, also called Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT for short is a form of Energy Psychology that clears negative emotions such as anxiety, fear and guilt. It helps us release and clear these tough emotions including  anger, frustration, grief.
EFT/Tapping helps us get unstuck and catapult us forward in our lives. It can help us build deeper, more intimate relationships, a more confident self or a thriving business. It has even been clinically proven to clear PTSD!
I’m sure you are thinking this sounds too good to be true. That’s what I thought, until I witnessed the majority of my clients dramatically shift out from under a negative mindset to achieve levels of peak performance that they had only dreamed of before.
